LeBrun Centre in Bedford

Youth participation needed

LeBrun Centre in BedfordThe Bedford Youth Centre is located in the LeBrun Centre. They are open on Wednesdays from 5-9pm and Fridays from 5-10pm. They have lots of activities to keep youth busy: Wii, X-box with Rock Band and Dance Dance Revolution, computers, the climbing wall, basketball and floor hockey. Friday nights are Movie and Pizza nights. The Youth Centre will open on September 9 at 5pm.

Also on September 9, interested youth who would love to see a skate/bike park in Bedford are asked to attend a meeting at 6pm at the LeBrun Centre.

If you are interested in this idea, please contact Lana McMullen at 490-4674 or email bedfordrecreation@hotmail.com.

A “who wants a skate park in Bedford” has been added as a Facebook group. Show your support and join this group, and come out next Wednesday. The more people show up, the higher the chances of getting a skate/bike park in our town.
