Thank you for providing your email address to stay up to date on HRM Planning Case 15775 regarding the possibility of backyard laying hens on the Halifax Peninsula.
A staff report is being prepared; however, it did not meet the deadlines to be included on the agenda for the June 14th meeting of Peninsula Community Council. The next meeting of Peninsula Community Council is on September 13th, and I expect the staff report will be on the agenda at that time.
