A little creamier than other guacamole recipes, this recipe makes for a yummy patio snack or handy comdiment to accompany your next BBQ'ed burger night. So easy and yummy, you may as well make a double batch!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 ripe avocado
1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1-2 tbsp lime juice
To make: In a medium bowl, mash avocado with a fork until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and combine until well blended. Chill before serving. Serve with tortilla chips, toasted whole wheat pita pieces or veggie sticks.
