Armed Robbery at Sackville Drive

Dylan KELSEY, 18, did not appear yesterday and will be appearing in court this afternoon to answer to the below charges.  RCMP/HRP GIS investigators will also be charging Mr. Kelsey with Robbery (Section 344 Criminal Code) in relation to the incident at the Rubber Duck car wash in Lower Sackville on May 23rd.
 

A male adult was approached by two men, wearing black ski masks, as he was washing his car, at a local car wash. They demanded his money after threatening to spray him with what is believed to be bear spray. They stole the victim's wallet which contained a small amount of cash and credit cards. One robber was wearing a white hoody with a baseball hat and blue jeans shorts which came to his knees. The other was wearing a dark colored sweater and a baseball hat. The robbers left in a turquoise ( i.e. bluish green) colored Honda that was being driven by a third suspect. The victim was not harmed during the incident. The investigation is continuing.
