P.S.  I totally rocked the treadmill tonight.  I ran for 45 minutes kicking it up to HIIT for the last 10.  I think I even pushed another 5 minutes out of the guy next to me because he was totally on cool down when I started my HIIT and next thing ya know he’s totally sprinting with me!

Muhahaha!
