Update: RCMP​ identifies driver of​ white Volkswagen Jetta

Earlier today,​ Halifax District​ RCMP sent out a news release requesting help identifying the driver of a white Volkswagen Jetta​ seen several times in the Lower Sackville area. That person has been identified.

The RCMP would like to thank the public for their assistance.

RCMP in Lower Sackville are investigating a suspicious white Volkswagen Jetta in the Lower Sackville Business park.​

This vehicle has been observed several times between December 9th and December 12th​ and did not have a rear plate, which could have been removed temporarily to avoid detection.​ The vehicle was seen with and without a black roof rack.

Halifax District RCMP is reaching out to the public in the event somebody knows the owner of the vehicle or has seen it in the Sackville business park.​ Anyone with information is asked to contact Halifax District RCMP at 902-244-7208.
