Haligonians already contacting me.   I will be doing a first pass before or just as the snow changes to ice pellets around 9pm.  Later this evening there will be freezing rain (and possibly rain) which would make it pretty heavy if nothing removed til morning.  Spreading some salt this evening after a first clearing will hopefully make the next pass a bit easier in the morning:  slushy stuff that will freeze.
