At 6 pm a woman in her fifties was in Point Pleasant Park walking her dog when she observed a man sitting on a bench.  The man was only wearing a blue t-shirt and he appeared to be masturbating.  He walked into the woods and came out with shorts on. The male suspect is described as white, 25 years old, short brown hair, 5’10. The suspect did not say anything to the victim, she was not injured in any manner.
