Halifax Metro Transit has released its “Five-Year Strategic Operations Plan – Taking Transit to the Next Level“.
The 182 page plan was submitted to Halifax Regional Municipality by IBI Group on October 2 and discussion of it has begun both publicly, and by HRM Council.
