NSHA release:

Nova Scotia Health is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 38-year-old Hector Anthony LeBlanc, who went missing from the Cape Breton Regional Hospital emergency department at 11:15 a.m. on Monday, April 27.

He was last seen getting on a transit bus in front of the hospital wearing a brown/black jacket, white hoodie, black and white checkered pajama pants.
