My Husband is on a Mancation – Day 1

Well things started out pretty rough. It was snowing. It looked like the kids and I would be trapped in the house all day… but no, it was not to be thankfully.

I shipped the kids off to school and sat in my office on the couch  and had my coffee in peace.

I was quite engrossed in the Olympics my work and tried not to think about the tropical location that hubby was heading toward. His plane took off on time despite the snow. Jerk Good for him!

After 15 centimeteres of snow fell, I had to go out and snowblow the driveway before the Canada-Latvia hockey game started the snow froze. I did a shitty great job!

Tonight, it was time to plot my revenge:

Shopping Bags Show Retail Store and Buying

Anyway, after a great trip to the mall and beauty supply store (charged to hubby’s credit card) it was time to get the kids to bed. After I told them to go the f to sleep that I loved them, it was time for a glass of wine. A toast to ME for surviving Day 1.

I can’t wait to see what shopping adventures await for me tomorrow!

Miss you lots you b*#&@$d honey! xoxo
