Overnight armed robberies under investigation

Masked robbery suspect

0-100 Block, Albro Lake Rd

At 10:22pm, Officers responded to a report of a robbery in progress. A lone male had entered a store with a firearm and demanded a clerk give him cash from the till. The clerk made an emotional exclamation and the suspect fled the store whilst another customer chased him. The suspect was described as a white male ,6’ tall and skinny, dark hoodie and was last observed running westbound from the Wyse/Albro Lake Road area. There were no reported injuries and the matter is still under investigation.

0-200 Block, Bedford Highway

At 10:52 pm, Officers responded to a report of a robbery in progress. A lone male entered a store with a firearm , pointed it at the clerk anddemanded all his money. The clerk said no and the male fled the area on foot. The suspect was described as a white male wearing all black with a metallic blue mask. There were no reported injuries and the matter is still under investigation.

0-300 Block, Windmill Road 
At 11:33 pm, HRP officers responded to a report of a holdup alarm. Officers determined a male in a mask had been outside the store and attempted to gain entry by pulling on a door that had been locked by the clerk. The male was unsuccessful and fled the area. The suspect was described as a white male, 6’ tall and skinny, dark hoodie, bluish shiny skull or clown mask. There were no reported injuries and the matter is still under investigation.
