Police charge man with trafficking, Cambridge, N.S.

The Valley Integrated Street Crime Enforcement Unit (VISCEU) have charged a 27-year-old Cambridge man with several drug offences. On May 12th, VISCEU executed a search warrant at a residence on Ratchford Rd.

The Valley Integrated Street Crime Enforcement Unit (VISCEU) have charged a 27-year-old Cambridge man with several drug offences.

On May 12th, VISCEU executed a search warrant at a residence on Ratchford Rd.

The search revealed an indoor marijuana grow operation and led to the seizure of 28 marijuana plants, processed marijuana and prescription medication. The accused was arrested at the residence without incident.

The accused is facing several charges including Production of Marijuana, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking and Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Methadone. The accused was released on a Promise to Appear and will be back before the courts at a later date.
