Police investigate robbery in Cole Harbour

At 11 a.m. RCMP Halifax District received a report of two males, aged 18 and 19, who had been robbed on John Stewart Drive, in Cole Harbour. The investigation determined the two males were walking on a pathway, near Halo Lane, and were confronted by three males, who demanded their belongings. One of the victims had his wallet and cigarettes taken. Attempts were made to take the other victim’s phone which were unsuccessful. He was punched and kicked, and suffered minor injuries. The suspects threatened to use mace, which one of them was holding, unless items were turned over. The suspects then fled the scene towards Cole Harbour Place.

Police were unable to locate any of the three suspects and the robbery is still under investigation.

Descriptions of the suspects are as follows:

White male, 5 ft 9, tanned, dressed in white

White male, skinny, black hoodie, black hair

White male, short, blond hair, white t-shirt and black sweat pants.
