This work will NOT be going ahead due to pending inclement weather. Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2016 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that crews will be working on traffic signal control boxes tomorrow (Wednesday) at the intersection of Hollis and Morris streets. Crews will be on site from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., assuming the weather co-operates (upgrades cannot be completed if it’s raining or snowing). The traffic lights at the intersection will be flashing red in all directions while work is underway. Motorists are reminded intersections become four-way stops when traffic lights are flashing red. The municipality apologizes in advance for any inconvenience this work may cause. Source: Release
