Pictou District RCMP responded to a motor vehicle collision on Highway 4 in Salt Springs after a concerned resident called about an unoccupied vehicle over an embankment.

Prior to 11 p.m. last evening, the damaged vehicle was located approximately 100 meters from the highway in a heavily wooded area. Initially, no one could be located in or around the vehicle.
