Smoothie Time: Chocolate Peanut Butter and Banana

It’s as amazing as it sounds and PERFECT for after a workout!

What you need

1 cup of 1% Chocolate Milk
1 scoop ISOFLEX Peanut Butter Protein Powder or ISOFLEX Chocolate Protein Powder
1 tbsp light Peanut Butter
1/2 banana
1 1/2 Cup of Ice

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until ice is crushed and all ingredients are mixed.

One smoothie contains about 400 cals, 10g of fat, 58g carbs 6g fiber, 39g sugar, 38g protein.
