This is the diary my grandfather kept while he was stationed at Aldershot, England during WWII.   My Mom is developing a blog based around his journal entries and asked me to take some pictures for her site.

As usual, I may have gone a little overboard with the pictures. 🙂  But I thought these shots turned out beautifully and wanted to share.

Not to worry, I’ve still go some food pics for ya too! 😉

Another day on track! Whoohoo, it’s all coming together for me again.  My focus is back and I’m happy. I had a pretty good day, for a Monday, how about you?

Supper was BBQ pork chops.

Topped with sweet & delicious grilled peaches. *drool*

With brown rice – mixed with light soya sauce & chives.  This was 1 cup of rice and waaaay too much. I ate about half and put the rest in the fridge.  This does not happen often. (Me not cleaning my plate.)  Perhaps, I’m slowing learning? 😉

And fresh carrots from the farmers market.  No, I did not peel them.  They taste better that way.  I promise.

Looking at people’s posts and tweets, I’d say that we kicked butt with our first day of the yoga challenge! Yay!  How are you all enjoying it?  I’m looking forward to practicing the Moon Salutations Flow before bed tonight.

I must go get organized for tomorrow. It’s gonna be a long day. Work and then the launch party for the Big Day Downtown project.  And perhaps a coffee date thrown in there too. 😉  I can’t wait to share the deets of “my big day” with all of you!

Later bloggies!
