Tim Hortons Takes A Swing At The Specialty Coffee Market

Tim Horton's

Soon Tim Hortons customers across Canada will be able to order a frothy latte or a cappuccino with extra espresso to go along with their Boston-cream donut as the restaurant giant expands its brand to compete with the likes of Starbucks and Second Cup.

CTV Atlantic is reporting that starting November 14, Tim Hortons franchises in Ontario will roll out the new drink offerings, with the rest of the country following suit in mid-December. With drinks priced to start as low as $2 the company's goal is as quoted in the article, "to give Canadians cafe-style coffee at low-cost prices".

We want to know if this move by Tim Hortons will have you by-passing other, more costly chains on your morning stop for a hot cuppa?
