Two arrested for drug trafficking, New Minas, N.S.

2016/1/14 Police seized drugs and arrested two individuals after executing a residential search warrant in New Minas yesterday. At approximately 10:10 p.m. last night investigators with the Valley Integrated Street Crime Unit (SCEU), with the assistance of Kings District RCMP, executed a search warrant at a residence on Maple Dr. As a result of the search, police seized a quantity of cocaine, cash, and electronics. One male and one female were arrested at the residence without incident. Dylan Alexander Dingwell, 27, from New Minas has been charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking in Cocaine and has been remanded in custody. Dingwell will be appearing in Kentville Provincial Court today. Aspasia Maria Paredrakos-MacCumber, 27, from New Minas has also been charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking in Cocaine. She has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Kentville Provincial Court on April 4, 2016. The investigation is continuing. Police seized drugs and arrested two individuals after executing a residential search warrant in New Minas yesterday.

At approximately 10:10 p.m. last night investigators with the Valley Integrated Street Crime Unit (SCEU), with the assistance of Kings District RCMP, executed a search warrant at a residence on Maple Dr. As a result of the search, police seized a quantity of cocaine, cash, and electronics. One male and one female were arrested at the residence without incident.

Dylan Alexander Dingwell, 27, from New Minas has been charged with Possession for

the Purpose of Trafficking in Cocaine and has been remanded in custody. Dingwell will be appearing in Kentville Provincial Court today.

Aspasia Maria Paredrakos-MacCumber, 27, from New Minas has also been charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking in Cocaine. She has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Kentville Provincial Court on April 4, 2016.

The investigation is continuing.
